Career Advice Ireland was established by Mairead Griffin in response to a rapidly changing career climate in Ireland. ThroughoutMairead Work Pic her extensive experience working in in HR Recruitment, Mairead recognised the demand for an individual, tailored career coaching and career advice service for job seekers. She identified the need for a much more practical bespoke careers service for jobseekers and a more engaging, modern Outplacement Service for employers faced with the difficult decision to downsize. Her own career goal is to provide a high quality, thorough career advice service to her clients, ensuring they maximise their potential and progress throughout their careers as seamlessly as possible.Having interviewed and provided career advice to over 3000 professional job seekers and screened over 10,000 CVs, Mairead is highly equipped work bespokely with each of her clients
